How It Works
- After sign-up, you'll complete a short intake form.
- Your program is then built around your responses to the form.
- You will receive your program via email, along with a feedback link to provide us with feedback after your swim.
Please Note:
- If your plan includes video feedback, instructor calls or stroke reports, you will be emailed once or twice per month (depending on your plan).
- All programs/products are delivered via email.
